Overview
Our returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with zippers packed and sealed.
Gift cards are non returnable.
Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then provide you with a credit note which is eligible to be used for 6 months starting from the day of return, provided them item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Incase of an exchange, please send us a message or get in touch with us and we shall facilitate the same for you.
Gifts
Gift cards are available to purchase on the website. Gift cards aren’t eligible for refund.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: C 120 Sector 65 Noida, Uttarpradesh 201301, India.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
